Is Love a paradox?
Love heals ; Love hurts,
Love starts; Love ends,
Love provides; Love takes,
Love reveals; Love hides
Love, is meant to be given, to be received, to be shared,
Love, is to reflect, to renew, to recharge, to reform,
Love, is when we put others before us.
The best definition of love is
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. -1 Corinthians 13:4
Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. –John 14:13
But the greatest love is this:
When He give His only begotten Son, to die on the cross for you and I who are underserving, unrepentant, sinful and selfish.
Love is God, and God is love. The origin of Love is traced back to God. Love is everywhere, if only we can see what Love sees.

Try replacing love with God in the whole 1 Corinthian 13 passage about love. It's amazing.
ReplyDeleteSo it becomes :
ReplyDeleteGod is patient, God is kind.
He does not envy, He does not boast, He is not proud.
He does not dishonour others, He is not self-seeking, He is not easily angered, He keeps no record of wrongs.
God does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth.
He always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
God never fails.
That's the part, where readers are to replace the word Love with God. :D
