That princess
It’s every girl’s dream to be one,
We thought it would be fun,
It wasn’t what we thought it would be.
But how we laugh with glee,
With all the pretty little things,
As if our fathers is the king.
One day it turn upside down,
We were usher out with a frown,
He took us to a different place,
We were to bring one owned case,
Each of us were sold with a price,
We were treated like mice.
Is this the life we were promised for?
Aren’t this acts same as a whore?
How can this be?
Where is my key?
Let me go home please,
I have enough of your tease.
Where can I find my knight in white?
Who would take this fight?
For me-the so called princess,
The reward is not treasures in a chest,
But a kiss from me,
And that would be the fee.
In simple view :
She talks about herself and other girls being treated as princesses. They were given valuables, jewelries, diamonds, things that princesses should possess. It was wonderful and unexpected.
Things started to change, when they were taken by the man who provides for them. Away they leave from the “palace”. They were only allowed to bring one suite case each. Later they were pawn and sold. All of them were being treated like a piece of meat in the market.
The girl realized that they were cheated into being a prostitute. She begged to be freed. She had enough of the abuse.
She hoped for someone to safe her from the slump. Although she can’t promise any rewards for her hero but she will give a life-time gratitude thanks to him.
